Shipping Costs and Methods

Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and the weight of the product. Items are primarily shipped with Canada Post or ChitChat. If your address is not a PO Box, your item may be shipped with UPS, FedEx or Purolator at the same service level.

For cross-border shipments to the United States, your order may be shipped using a third-party shipping provider to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Customs Duties and Taxes

For U.S. cross-border and international shipments, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs duties and taxes. As the customer, you are responsible for any additional charges that may apply upon delivery.

Local Pickup

If you choose local pickup, you will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup. This email will include a link to book an appointment for the pickup. The pickup address will be provided once your appointment is confirmed.

Local Delivery

For local delivery, a 3-hour delivery window will be scheduled once your order has been prepared. You will receive an email notification with the estimated delivery time once it has been scheduled.
